Did a terrific job with our riding mower. Great communication in the days before and day of our appt. Friendly, helpful, and good work. Even found a way to snake his truck into some narrow spaces to get the job done.

I have to say, Alex is one of a kind. We discussed the issues my riding mower was having, and he quickly came up with a plan of attack to get it back on track. His cost was less than half of others. His workmanship is above and beyond of any competitors. He picked up the machine, repaired it, and returned it all as planned. Not to mention that he is extremely pleasant and polite. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting my lawnmower repaired in time for the summer. He went out of his way to pick up and then return my large mower since I did not have a means of transportation. I highly recommend Big Al's Powersports. Very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Al put a new supercharger, intercooler, and exhaust on my jetski(rxpx300) Amongst other small things. I will definitely be back. Al has extensive marine knowledge and experience. He also works on equipment with&without hydrostatic drive. A huge plus. I am well versed mechanically. Trusting someone to work on your toys/equipment can be hard. Big Al's Powersports ensured they were the ones for the job. Executed the work diligently and effectively. Now I can enjoy my time on the water knowing everything was done right the first time.

Alex was great! Returned my call the same day and had the parts in to fix my mower ASAP. He came to the house to fix it which made things so easy! Could not recommend him more!
